My incompetent immigration lawyer spelled my father's name incorrectly on my J-1 waiver application. She's now saying she'll correct it in the mailed documents.
Does anyone know if there might be any consequences of this on my application? My father's name features on my passport and most other ID documents, will they reject my application if the spellings don't match??
So sick and tired of this widespread incompetence and stupidity amongst people!
