My family just got their O3 visas with an NIE (national interest exception) approved in Germany/Frankfurt. They were told they would have to wait TWO WEEKS to get their passports back! We’ve had multiple US visas and it’s never taken more than a few days.
What have other people’s waits been? I heard that some got told this long but it was quicker in the end. I hope so because we are desperate to see each other after four months apart.
