UK L1 Question (Marrying US Citizen)

Hello,

This is a bit of a complex question but wondering if anyone may have some insight or guidance. My company has given the ok to transfer me to our US offices. However, given the current travel bans in place from the UK they are saying that they cannot proceed with applying for my L1 visa because the London consulate won’t take L1 interview appointments.

I’m going to be marrying a US citizen in early June in which case from then on I know that I would be exempt from any travel bans. Would the consulate then be open to taking my L1 interview? Or because of the travel ban are all things non-immigrant visa currently off the table?

Appreciate any insight! Trying to figure out my fastest path to being in the states with my fiancé and always expected a work transfer to be it... proving not to be the case.

NVC Case FE Review note

Hi everyone, my family and I are under the F3 category and we just received a notice from NVC that our documents have been approved and that we are Documentarily Qualified. My only concern is this message that we received today in addition to the acceptance: ​ " [Name of petitioner] does not meet the minimum income requirement to sponsor the intending immigrants for this case. The consular officer will make a decision regarding this requirement at the time of the interview. For more information, please visit https://www.uscis.gov/i-864p . To avoid delays, an additional Affidavit of Support Form I-864 for a joint sponsor may be submitted." ​ We already have a petitioner and a household sponsor (the household sponsor's income is above the required level), but still unsure why we received this.
