I entered the US with K-1 fiance visa. My fiance thought our relationship would not work out. My fiance never applied for my green card so I overstay in the US for 6 more months after my K-1 visa expired. Recently, I realized my fiance will not apply for my greencard so I tried to go back to Russia but my fiance destroyed my russian passport and gave it back to me.. now he is asking me to get out of his house.. what can i do...?
