The title pretty sums it up. My mom is in the US and has recently gotten her green card. I am in the US on my F1 visa. Could anyone tell me how I could get my green card through family reunification and how long it should take? (I am single and over 21)
I'm not totally understanding the visa bulletin. Will I have to wait around 7 years to get it? Could I still stay in the US while I wait for their decision?
