I forgot to report change of employer in my stem opt.

I am F1 student on my STEM OPT. My stem opt started last year and on March 8th I accepted a new job. My previous employment ended in March 5th. It’s April 28 and I haven’t reported the change of employment yet. I will be speaking to my DSO tomorrow. But I am worried if they won’t be able to change in SEVP. Can someone help me know if it’s possible to report change of employer after 21 days from the start date?
