USCIS got my application on April 15th and sent me the notice. My programs ends on june 1st and I'm planning on going back home to India on 19th May for about two months.
If my OPT application gets denied for some reason, then can I reapply from India? Also, would I be able to renter the US on the pretext that I want to reapply?
Any advice whatsoever would be appreciated
