Does the income requirement for K1/CR1 has to be US based income , or can it also be forgein income?
I'm currently in the process of trying to bring my spouse to the US. I've been living and working overseas for past 10 years.
I won't be moving to the states in the summer. I want to start the process as soon as I get there.
Would I have to wait a full year working the US to sponsor spouse, or could I include my overseas salary as evidence?
