can I get a new TN stamp while inside the US?

I recently got a new passport (old one was mutilated and confiscated by the Canadian government). I need a new TN stamp in order to prove that I am lawfully working in the United States.

Am I forced to go to a Port-of-Entry to get this stamp? Or can USCIS do this within the US?
