Gaps in living situation

So we are applying for a k1 visa and the require your addresses for the past 5 years.

However we have a gap in which we spent a year and a half travelling USA, Canada and Asia. Has anyone else been in this situation? What did you do/put? We obviously will put an explanation but USA immigration is a stickler for this sort of thing.
