Hi everyone, this is my first post here. My husband has been awarded with a Fulbright scholarship and is enrolling at Harvard for a master’s degree. Due to the scholarship, he will be granted a J1 visa and I, a J2 dependent visa. We are from Argentina. I am planning to apply for a EAD but my potential employer has asked me for an expected date of approval. How long should I expect this approval process will take? I have been reading that the USCIS proceedings are having delays.
Many Thanks in advance!
