How long will it take to approve the petition for children under 21 in the midst of COVID-19? (USA)

Hi, I've been researching about how long will take to approve the petition of my father from the USA in the midst of COVID, unfortunately, I can't see anything. I wonder if anyone knew? I know it's supposed to be 5 months - 9 months, but how about in these times of pandemic?
