Hey, i’m applying very soon for green card with my husband. I’m HIV + and wondering if that will affect in any type of way my Green Card application? Should I disclose that I have it or no, because I know that at the medical exam they don’t test for HIV. I’m patient at Housing Works and I’m getting medication from New York State Department Of Health Uninsured Program. Is any of this two is considered as public charge? And does USCIS will have access to look that I’m patient at Housing Works or NY state department of health? They even will look for that. I really appreciate all answers and helpful suggestions !
