Hi everyone! I plan to apply for OPT STEM extension soon. However, I work as a contract employee (W-2 basis) for a staffing agency, which serves a tech company (client) on its site. Would it be considered bona fide employer-employee relation if the staffing firm supervises my training experience under I-983? What are some potential risks/issues that can turn into case denial?
