My brother and I are naturalized US citizens through our dad. We just never got our certificate of citizenship. I got mine done years ago. He’s trying to get his done but a requirement for the N600 certificate of citizenship is a birth certificate. He’s got his permanent resident card, a vaccine card from Thailand, and my dad’s US citizenship paperwork.
Any advice on what to do? We are mountain people in SE Asia. My people traveled a lot so keeping records wasn’t always easy. Immigrated to America in 1988
