Hi, all I was hoping I could find some answers here. Last year in March I submitted the I-129F and it was approved on December 23rd, 2020. The notice of action I received shortly after assigned us a case # and said there was a several-week processing time while the case was in transit. This was in early January. Almost four months later there has been no change in our case status and the embassy says it has not received our case yet. When I go to check our case stats via:
https://ceac.state.gov/ceacstattracker/status.aspx
The search says, " Your search did not return any data. " yet all of the information is correct.
I called the NVC and they said they would reach out directly to the embassy in BKK about 2 weeks ago but I never received any update and nothing has changed in our case status.
Any anyone else having similar issues? Please advise.
