My I-94 shows the correct date when I last entered the US ( 2020-08-24) but there are 2 new arrival records (no departure) from the same location (SYS) but I did not leave the country after 2020-08-24. I tried calling USCIS but they say they only correct the I-94 and not the travel record.
Im currently applying for a visa and im concerned this will affect my chances.
Any advice?
