I’m 18 and from Turkey and want to move to Canada to be with my long distance boyfriend, how can I do this?

I’m 18 years old from Turkey, and my long distance boyfriend is 17 from Canada. We’ve been dating for a year now and I want to move there now that I’m almost done high school. Neither of us know how this process works, we don’t know where to begin. We’ve already met in real life. Any advice?
