Hi, I was wondering if anyone is also going through this problem, filed 8/6/2020, case 8/14/2020 case was received, the office processing my case is California. Received a notice on how we will be processing your case. On 3/31/2021, I filed out of processing time and was told that I will receive a notice before 4/22/2021. Today 4/14/2021 at 8 pm received an email saying " We recognize your interest in the final adjudication of your pending application/petition and are aware of the difficulties caused by any delay in processing. We regret we are not able to give you a timeframe for when we will review your case but the California Service Center is committed to processing this workload. We will be making every effort to adjudicate your case in the most efficient manner based on our available resources. We appreciate your patience and understanding." Why do they say they are overloaded and my case had to be processed 3/14/2021 as it stated on the website. My fiancé is in Qatar working but filed for him as a Ugandan since he is in Qatar on work related. Please help and advise. Thanks for your help.
