I-131 biometrics appointment notice for a child

Hello everyone,

I filed i-131 (travel document) for my little brother (9 Y) who is a green card holder.

He doesn’t need to do biometrics because he is a child.

We received the travel document.

But after a while we received a biometrics appointment notice.

What do you think we should do? Should he attend the appointment?

Or should we ignore the it, because we already have the travel document?
