Hi everyone I currently work at a Company in the US under a TN visa. I got a job offer from a company in SanFran and I accepted. They submitted an I-129 form on my behalf to change employers and that was accepted by USCIS. The problem is I got cold feet. I don’t think this new company is going to be good for me in the future. I didn’t see this when I accepted but hindsight is 20/20. Can I still reject the offer and keep working for my employer? Or do I have to do something additional through the USCIS? (Current company doesn’t know yet.)
