F1 visa from India expected time

I have not even received my I20 yet and I reckon it'll take about 3 weeks for me to apply for F1 visa i.e around mid May. My course starts on 15 August. Keeping the Indian COVID situation in mind, how long would it take for me to get the visa? Has any student attending in Fall already applied?
