Can you move to another jobs and indicate that you dont need an H1B sponsorship if you plan to marry a USC soon?

I am going to move to another state to marry a USC and hope to land a job there. Would it be okay for me as a foreigner to indicate that I won't be needing an H1B sponsorship next year?
