We're at NVC stage for my wife (beneficiary) and her two children (under 10 years old) for the CR1 process. All three have separate CR1 cases at NVC, but it'll be tough if they only process my wife and not my stepchildren.
I'm a US citizen living in US, but haven't legally adopted my stepchildren.
