I live in Canada, unfortunately I do not want to live in Canada for much longer, won’t get into why but I’d like to eventually move to the USA.
So I’m barely an adult (19) and I’m starting to think about moving out. I’ve always wanted to leave the city I live in, but the past few years I’ve come to the realization that with my current education and interests I could make a better living in the US. I know getting a citizenship in the US is a pain in the ass but I’m wondering if someone could ELI5 the basics of moving into the US and becoming a permanent resident.
