Question about 1-130

So back in 2016 my brother and I send the 1-130 applications (my mother claim us )(we were both over 21 unmarried)Anyways we send our applications at the same time but for some reason my application arrive a month later.

Just yesterday my brother got accepted and approve.(4 years later)

Does this mean my 1-130 form will most likely get accepted aswell ???and is just a month behind ??

Anyone has any experience with this I just don't see them accepting one and denying the other or is this a case by case thing.?
