Fail to meet income requirement for family green card due to coronavirus job loss.

Hello, I came to the US 6 years ago with F-1 visa. I married an American and filed green card in Feb 2020 right before the public charge policy came into effect.

My husband is retired veteran who has disability, we married 4 years ago but he was not able to work until last year due to his condition.

He lost his job during the coronavirus outbreak and we’re worried that the projected income may not gonna reach the requirement amount. Also because most of his family members have already passed away and remaining members are not very understanding about our same sex marriage, it’s difficult to get joint sponsorship from his family members.

Is there any consideration or claim can we make because of the current pandemic situation if he’s not able to make the 125% of the poverty line. Or is looking for joint sponsor an only option? Unfortunately I don’t have valuable assets...

Thank you so much in advance!

Nearly one year later on Feb 2021 they sent me a notice that they'll reuse my biometrics from my green card application, but they won't refund the biometric fee! At the same time April 2021 showed up on my account as the expected completion date. Last week, the status was "17 days". Today the estimated time of completion has disappeared!!! Any idea what that means? More importantly - When I click on "View PDF" link under "N-400 Application for Naturalization", to see my actual N-400 form, I get " {"data":null,"error":{"developerMessage":null,"userMessage":null}} " message! The form is also missing under "Documents -> Your Uploads" tab! So, it appears that my N400 form is missing! What does that all mean, considering that it's impossible to file without N400 form! Finally, under profile, My name is incorrectly sp...
