Filed my I 130 three weeks ago. Yesterday police came to our house because of noise complaint and ended up arresting my husband for domestic violence. Is it too soon to apply for VAWA?
Could I even apply for VAWA with a pending I 130? And could I possibly cancel my I 130? I have proof of injury from him and I plan on pressing charges.
