Will claiming unemployment benefits now affect my ability to sponsor my wife for a green card in the future?

I’m pretty financially secure but just want to know this just in case.

Here’s our situation. I’m a US citizen, my wife was on a J1 with a residency requirement. She is currently completing her residency requirement. Our plan is to sponsor her for a green card when she is finished.

For whatever reason if I do lose my job and need to apply for unemployment for a few months will that in the future (1-2 years down the line) when I need to sponsor her, affect my eligibility to sponsor her.
