Few questions about changing visa status.

  1. Can I file O1 with one employer and H1B with other? For example if I get another job and employer can sponsor H1B. Can it be filed? Does filing of either petition affect the other?

  2. What happens if O1 is pending?

3.What happens if O1 approved? Will H1B considered as new H1B petition rather than transfer?
