Approved Today! Marriage Green Card/AoS: My Timeline

OK so I'm hoping I'm not just counting my chickens but the "Check Case Status" on uscis.gov says:

"My Case Was Approved

On April 28, 2020, we approved your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, Receipt Number xxxxxxxxx]. We sent you an approval notice. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you do not receive your approval notice by May 13, 2020, please go to www.uscis.gov/e-request. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address."

Yippee!

For those wanting to know, here's the info for my timeline and some tips from my point of view. Take them with a grain of salt as I'm no lawyer and did make some mistakes, but I didn't use an attorney and filed everything myself. Saved a fortune I'm sure. I'm quite well versed, though, as I had previously filed for E2 visas 5 times between 2006 and 2015 (again without an attorney) and have been a Realtor since 2008 so am used to legalese and contracts...

2018-12-08: Entered the US under a I-94/Tourist Visa Waiver.

2019-03-01: Email from DHS saying they had no record of me leaving the US and I only had 10 days left on my tourist visa.

2019-03-29: Wedding

2019-06-07: Applied using I-130, I-130A, I-485, I-765 and I-693 plus evidence of relationship.

2019-06-18: Rejection Notice. (Forgot to include biometrics fee, thought it was paid for at appointment)

2019-07-16: Application Receipt. I now have application date of 2019-07-11 so it's counted from the resubmission.

2019-07-19: ASC Appointment Notice. My biometrics appointment was set for 2019-08-05.

2019-08-05: Attended biometrics.

2019-09-10: Request for Initial Evidence

2019-12-12: EAD Approval!

2019-12-17: Request for interview on Jan 30th, 2020

2020-01-30: Interview.

2020-01-31: Request for Further Evidence

2020-04-25: Submitted as requested (took a while to get affidavits as requested due to Corona shut down).

2020-04-28: Approval notice on USCIS website!

Worth noting that the legal definition of an affidavit is that it's notarized. I asked my friends and family to do this but got only one in return due to Corona shut down. What I did, which seems to have worked, was to set up a free Wix website with a single page that was a form to fill out with info USCIS said it had to contain (name, address, place and date of birth) as well as a digital signature of Print name, today's date and box for initials. There was no captcha or any kind of e-verification but it worked! Each submission was emailed to me and I included the untouched print of the email, including the blank page it kept printing as page 1.

Anther thing I included which they didn't ask for, was a ledger of my handyman business since I opened it in Jan 2020 showing that I was making money already. I sent it with a letter saying I acknowledge there is a push to ensure applicants don't rely on public assistance and I never have, in my home country or otherwise, and never intend to. Here's how much I've made so far, etc. I didn't like doing it and it felt very tasteless to do so, but if that's what tipped the scale I'm glad I did it.

I wrote this out a lot longer but I was worried it's too much info (either too private or too boring) but am happy to answer any questions!

Good luck everyone with theirs, I'm very happy to finally be a permanent resident!

NVC Case FE Review note

Hi everyone, my family and I are under the F3 category and we just received a notice from NVC that our documents have been approved and that we are Documentarily Qualified. My only concern is this message that we received today in addition to the acceptance: " [Name of petitioner] does not meet the minimum income requirement to sponsor the intending immigrants for this case. The consular officer will make a decision regarding this requirement at the time of the interview. For more information, please visit https://www.uscis.gov/i-864p . To avoid delays, an additional Affidavit of Support Form I-864 for a joint sponsor may be submitted." We already have a petitioner and a household sponsor (the household sponsor's income is above the required level), but still unsure why we received this. Has anyone else received this message? All of our documents say "Approved" on NVC. Does this mean we have to find another sponsor? Can we show the consular officer our
