In need of some k-1 answers!!

Here’s my scenario! And questions below.

I am Canadian, and my fiancé is American. We live about 2 hours away from each other. I am starting the process next Jan due to timelines but I am already trying to prepare. I’d be moving to America! Our situation is probably as simple as it gets. If anybody was or is in the same situation please help me out by answering my few questions!

So I’m in the Canadian airforce, and was looking at releasing as soon as I got the VISA (don’t want to be jobless just in case), so basically it takes 6 months for my release, but with a valid reason I can ask to be released sooner, so my question is regarding the 90 days when you enter the US.. is it on top of the 6 months of the validity of the VISA or included in the 6 months?

Second question; processing time for simple situations? I know it’s all over the place depending on situations and accuracy of paperwork.

Third question; I may potentially be posted and moving within Canada next summer 2021, but if I have already submitted the application in Jan 2021, what am I going to do? Address change? Anything else?

Thanks a lot to anyone who comments! 😊

NVC Case FE Review note

Hi everyone, my family and I are under the F3 category and we just received a notice from NVC that our documents have been approved and that we are Documentarily Qualified. My only concern is this message that we received today in addition to the acceptance: " [Name of petitioner] does not meet the minimum income requirement to sponsor the intending immigrants for this case. The consular officer will make a decision regarding this requirement at the time of the interview. For more information, please visit . To avoid delays, an additional Affidavit of Support Form I-864 for a joint sponsor may be submitted." We already have a petitioner and a household sponsor (the household sponsor's income is above the required level), but still unsure why we received this. Has anyone else received this message? All of our documents say "Approved" on NVC. Does this mean we have to find another sponsor? Can we show the consular officer our
