Hello! I was coming here to see if anyone has experience adjusting to PiP status as a DACA recipient. My husband is a DACA recipient and I am AD military. We’re trying to decide which route is the best to take and I was wondering if anyone here has experience with it. All we’ve heard from his attorney is that he recommends PiP and that my husband would need to rescind his DACA but hasn’t returned phone calls since January on what steps would take place after that. Thank you in advance for your help!
