Hi all, me and my wife are about to get a divorce, however, we just filed for the removal of condition on my green card. I know divorce doesn’t disqualify from getting approved, but do I need to do anything to change the petition I just sent and include a divorce waiver?
If not, is it gonna cause any issues when they’re done processing it? As far as interviews etc?
