I would like to migrate to the USA but I fear that my age is a factor. I'm 37 now. I've researched USA immigration extensively and know that it's generally marriage, employment or study to get and stay there.
Currently working on my degree so that I can get a H1NB. Will my age be a factor in getting a green card?
