i94 “No Record found” but I have to send in my OPT application soon

I’m currently on an F-1 visa and graduating next month. I have everything in order for my OPT application except that I can’t access my i94. My visa is in my expired passport (I can access the i94 associated with that passport) but I entered the US my new passport in December, which there is no record of.

I’ve emailed deferred inspections my i94 correction request and supporting documents 3 times in the past 3 weeks. I called them and they said my i94 should’ve been corrected within a couple days, and that it’s strange that my hasn’t. Basically they just told me to email them again, which I did last week, and still nothing.

I’m worried my OPT application won’t be processed in time for my start date (August 1) if I don’t send it soon. Has anyone else had a similar issue with your i94 and dealing with deferred inspections? Does anyone know if they’re still open for in-person visits? Any insights on OPT processing times?
