In this pandemic I was thinking about that scenario... very unlikely... but Getting things in order can’t hurt. I am at lost, I know I can get a Will done, but I am confused about how to make sure property here is sold and given to the kids?, how do I make sure the kids go back to my home country? Do I have to rely on/bother some friends with all that?. Would someone guide me on what kind of Will would I need? What to make sure I don’t leave out. Our family back home doesn’t speak English, let alone understanding laws in America and the estate we live in. So I think we would need to make sure everything is done for them.
