CR1 vs IR1

My wife and I got married in May 2018. We intentionally delayed the immigration paperwork since we were both finishing masters programs in our respective countries.

Our NVC docs were approved early March and the interview was being scheduled. I’m assuming interview scheduling ceased when all embassies closed mid March. Looks like Trumps 60 day ban excludes spouses so hopefully interview scheduling will resume with no further issues.

When we started the process, the NVC stated her visa class was CR1, which is for couples who have been married for less than 2 years. By the time her interview happens and her application is approved, we would have been married for just over 2 years.

Would they automatically change her to an IR1? Does it matter?

The form is also missing under "Documents -> Your Uploads" tab! So, it appears that my N400 form is missing! What does that all mean, considering that it's impossible to file without N400 form! Finally, under profile, My name is incorrectly sp...
