Help!!!! My info on SEVIS fee confirmation is wrong (applying for F-1 visa)

So I found my date of birth displayed on my SEVIS confirmation is wrong, which is pretty weird because I swear I had double-checked. Now I have emailed them at [fmjfee.sevis@ice.dhs.gov](mailto:fmjfee.sevis@ice.dhs.gov) but haven't received a reply (anyone knows how long it takes for them to reply?).

I tried to access my confirmation again through the "Check I-901 Status" button on their website, but it says "access is locked"(maybe it's because I have tried it too many times)??

Really panic here, is there anyone who has been through this? how did you handle it?

N-400 form {"data":null,"error":{"developerMessage":null,"userMessage":null}} message

A few questions: I filed my N400 naturalization on March 23, 2020. Nearly one year later on Feb 2021 they sent me a notice that they'll reuse my biometrics from my green card application, but they won't refund the biometric fee! At the same time April 2021 showed up on my account as the expected completion date. Last week, the status was "17 days". Today the estimated time of completion has disappeared!!! Any idea what that means?
