Will I need an extra police certificate?

Hi, everyone!

I tried finding an answer for this, but without much success.

I understand that I will need a police certificate from my home country and any other country where I resided for more than six months. What defines a residence?

With the current pandemic going on, my USC fiance came to the Balkans to be with me and we've been country hopping for the last year. We've never overstayed and we've been very careful with visas. One of our favourite places so far has been Albania. We spent 3 months there last year, 3 months this year and are planning to spend another 3 months later this year after spending 3 months out. They have the 90 days within the 180 day period rule, just like the EU.

So, I never applied for a residency or a work permit, but I will have spent 9 months here in total in an 18 month period. Do you think I will need a police check? I looked into it, and I would need to hire an attorney for that document here since I don't speak the language.
