What are the estimated wait times for EB1C Category for India born

I have an approved I-140 and can get my EB2 to change to EB1 on an L1A visa. Any idea what the wait time to green card would be? The priority date is current but I’ve also read that the country of birth would push that back and the actual time to get the green card could be as long as 6-10yrs. Contradicting information on both fronts so would appreciate any relevant comments on this. thanks!

A few questions: I filed my N400 naturalization on March 23, 2020. Nearly one year later on Feb 2021 they sent me a notice that they'll reuse my biometrics from my green card application, but they won't refund the biometric fee!
