Tourist Visa > AOS > EAD > EB2-NIW

I did a consultancy with a law firm and the lawyer guided me to apply for the tourist visa and go to the USA. Once there, I need to wait 90 days to apply for the adjustment of status (AOS) through the EB2-NIW visa and request the employment authorization document (EAD). This way, after the 90 days, I can work and live there while the EB2-NIW is processed.

What do you think about this strategy?

I could apply for the EB2-NIW from my country, but I don't have 5 years of work experience (I graduated at the end of 2017) and this makes my profile weak. So the lawyers think it's best to go to the USA using this strategy and reapply when the EB2-NIW request is denied. My profile is going to stronger and they won't charge me for the reapplication.

N-400 form {"data":null,"error":{"developerMessage":null,"userMessage":null}} message

At the same time April 2021 showed up on my account as the expected completion date. Last week, the status was "17 days". Today the estimated time of completion has disappeared!!! Any idea what that means? More importantly - When I click on "View PDF" link under "N-400 Application for Naturalization", to see my actual N-400 form, I get " {"data":null,"error":{"developerMessage":null,"userMessage":null}} " message! The form is also missing under "Documents -> Your Uploads" tab! So, it appears that my N400 form is missing! What does that all mean, considering that it's impossible to file without N400 form! Finally, under profile, My name is incorrectly sp...
