TN Visa for Canadian Citizen at Mexico-US Border?

Hi everyone,

I'm a Canadian citizen who is going to be visiting my partner in Texas in about a week. I'm hoping to start working in the US on a TN visa in mid-June (I am a Software Engineer, and have a degree in Software Engineering).

Does anyone know if it is possible for Canadians to apply for a TN visa at a Mexico-US port of entry? I need to leave the US as a tourist and re-enter to get the TN visa, but I want to avoid having to go all the way back to Canada (lengthy and expensive quarantine requirements).

If it was possible to walk into Mexico and turn right around (I will be near the Mexico border in Texas), that would be ideal.

I couldn't find much information about this online, so I'd appreciate any help or suggestions that you might have!

N-400 form {"data":null,"error":{"developerMessage":null,"userMessage":null}} message

A few questions: I filed my N400 naturalization on March 23, 2020. Nearly one year later on Feb 2021 they sent me a notice that they'll reuse my biometrics from my green card application, but they won't refund the biometric fee! At the same time April 2021 showed up on my account as the expected completion date. Last week, the status was "17 days". Today the estimated time of completion has disappeared!!! Any idea what that means? More importantly - When I click on "View PDF" link under "N-400 Application for Naturalization", to see my actual N-400 form, I get " {"data":null,"error":{"developerMessage":null,"userMessage":null}} " message!
