Hi, my parents will come to JFK from Vietnam and transit in Korea, but my house in Pennsylvania. My question is do they need to quarantine somewhere in New York before they can travel to PA by car? I’m filling the health form for them before they get to JFK but a little confused. Really appreciate with any helps.
