Madrid Embassy appointment randomly canceled? (B1)

Hello friends

I'm an American living in the states and my wife is in Spain waiting to be able to enter. We made an appointment for a b1 so she could enter the country and from that point planned on filling for the i_430 (maybe the wrong forum number).

First question would be any idea on why they would cancel? She just woke up to the email this morning. We unfortunately can't just get the ESTA because she's been denied entry before on the Canadian border. (That's why I'm assuming they deny her the ESTA)

Any advice would be helpful, we do have an immigration lawyer on stand by ready to file for the GC once she's in the country but getting her here is the trouble.. she's held an r1 visa in the past maybe going down that route would be faster then waiting for the next b1 appointment in September to only be canceled again..

Any idea what that means? More importantly - When I click on "View PDF" link under "N-400 Application for Naturalization", to see my actual N-400 form, I get " {"data":null,"error":{"developerMessage":null,"userMessage":null}} " message! The form is also missing under "Documents -> Your Uploads" tab! So, it appears that my N400 form is missing! What does that all mean, considering that it's impossible to file without N400 form! Finally, under profile, My name is incorrectly sp...
