I130 petition for brother was approved!!!!

Good morning, I filed for my brother I130 and submitted in 2014 since I am US citizen. Today I received the letter from immigration that the I130 has been approved. How much longer for him to get the visa? Also he entered here a year ago as K1 visa? Any advice on what he needs to do next? Does he ignore the one I submitted for him ?

A few questions: I filed my N400 naturalization on March 23, 2020. Nearly one year later on Feb 2021 they sent me a notice that they'll reuse my biometrics from my green card application, but they won't refund the biometric fee!
