I-485 filing rejected second time

My initial I-485 was filed in Nov 2020 and rejected in Feb 2021. The reason was I-944 and I-864 was missing for the derivative applicant. Both these forms were present and even available when they returned the packet to us.

L2 officer sent us an email that it was rejected by USCIS error. We resubmitted it again with the email and sharing that I-944 and I-864 were present.

Just learned today that the submission also got rejected. Yet to find out the reason. Typically takes 2-3 weeks for the packet to reach back.

Question: Anyone one in the same boat ? Any suggestions on how should I approach this ? I am really frustrated at this time.

EB2 with May 2010 priority date.
