How to find visa sponsorship after OPT

Hi, I’m an international student, who stay in America with OPT (my opt will be expired next year March). I’m currently working at the place which is related to my major (my major in college was related with Fine Arts). But the place is owned by family business, not big company, and I work there as a part timer (next month full time). My boss knows I will need a sponsorship for next year tote me continue working. I wonder there is a possibility to get work visa from my current place or I should search for another place to work which is willing to offer me work visa from the beginning. Even I’ve been searching visa sponsorship, but most of jobs say no visa sponsorship when I look through job board websites. Is there any good websites to find visa sponsorship?
