Hey guys,
I will be applying for the DV-2023 visa this year and was wondering how the timeline stands if I win?
I'm asking cause I'll be starting a Master's program at my University, which I'll finish around March 2024.
From my research, if I win, a VISA should be issued sometime in 2023, probably by the Summer of 2023? and I'm not sure if it's fine if I enter the USA to live there permanently no earlier than March of 2024?
