Chances of getting an f1 visa

Hey All! So Im going to put my story out plain and simple.

Around 2020 end, My F1 visa was cancelled when I was travelling to United States at Abu Dhabi POE. The cbp officer inspected my phone and found conversations related to off campus employment. In my statement, I did state that I was working off campus however I received non-monetary benefits (still counts as employment). I was allowed to withdraw my application of admission. Now this comes under violation of my F1 visa. I applied for another one and got refused under 214(b). Failure to establish ties.

I got accepted in York and got the canadian student permit recently. Is that a significant change in my circumstances to apply for a us f1 visa ? Or is it still a no chance.

Any idea what that means? More importantly - When I click on "View PDF" link under "N-400 Application for Naturalization", to see my actual N-400 form, I get " {"data":null,"error":{"developerMessage":null,"userMessage":null}} " message! The form is also missing under "Documents -> Your Uploads" tab! So, it appears that my N400 form is missing! What does that all mean, considering that it's impossible to file without N400 form! Finally, under profile, My name is incorrectly sp...
